hmmmm...Nothing is forever; although with that being said, you have hope to see them again. its a bit of a double edge sword...its life and the beauty of the unknown.

doesn't make it easier by any means. great attitude to have to be grateful for the time you have had with the person(s). i could easily fill this up with cliches but i won't.

glad to read you are connecting and glad that you are sharing. don't think there is anything greater in this world than the ability to connect with people and appreciate the time.

the one photo of (I think thats what they are) spices made me wanna cook with all of them. too bad you couldn't send a stash of spices over.

excited to read you are headed to one of my favorite countries: Spain. i'd like to see what your lens captures there. i know you have been there before; but perhaps you might something even more amazing that catches your eye this time around...

Gracias,
BB

My favorite way to part is to say "see ya around the bend..."

Although I have not traveled the distance you have traveled I have found myself saying "Goodbye" or "see ya around the bend..." many times and it never gets easy...in truth I would be concerned if it did become easy to say "goodbye" 'cause for me that would just mean the impression of that place or person wasn't grand enough.

I do agree with you...if anything in this World is meant to be the Universe will present it to you more than once...you just have to be aware enough to recognize it.

i look forward to your next destination through your lens...

Appears like you are trucking along Swift, as usual, well done.

Enjoy Swift and thanks again for sharing with us...like always there are a couple of photos in this bunch that speak volumes, bravo.

hold it down out there Jimmy.

p.s. I would have wanted to see what that "Love Boat" you were on looked like?

Juxtaposition...one of my favorite things...I love the photo of the young boy and solider/officer. the last photo is also one of my favorites.

as for your silence...well that seems to be a part of an adventure as well. so to consider the update boring; how can you say anything at this point is boring? you're traveling in a car the size of a tic tac in Eastern Europe. boring? nah, not even close.
